Remember the cats Tom feeds and cares for everyday? Well, one of the two babies that he has nurtured since we arrived in Moldova came back to the apartment with a broken back leg. The one we named Vlad. Bone sticking out and he was dragging the leg. Real gross.

One perk of going to the Vet is we were able to confirm that Vlad is boy!

Surgery cost a total of $50 including medicines & follow up


Vlad was totally knocked out after surgery.
We're dealing with some follow up infection and he sure looks werid with a
shaved leg and it's wired up.
