Now we know why so many villages need new water tanks and water pipes. Here's an old Soviet water tank/tower that has rusted and fallen off it's concrete foundation.

Unfortunately this is the situation in most of the villages of the country. Some local authorities try to solve the situation but the lack of needed funds will keep this situation for a longer time.
